Since its founding in 1994, the Seabridge team has grown to 350
employees, 65% of whom are hardware and software engineers. At Seabridge,
we are committed to world-class quality standards and total customer
satisfaction. We are dedicated to continuing our market leadership
in the development and optimization of next-generation access technologies.
Ilan Barda
Chief Executive Officer and acting VP R&D
Ilan Barda has worked in various engineering capacities in Seabridge
since 1995, when the company was known as Radnet. He has been responsible
for the management of hardware and software projects, and has served
as the R&D Director of the ATM department. Ilan served as the
acting VP of R&D since 1999 prior to his confirmation as VP
of R&D in 2001. Since 2005 Ilan is the CEO of Seabridge.
Iris Tamir
VP Human Ressources
Iris Tamir joined Seabridge as Vice President
of Human Resources in September 2006. Previously, Ms. Tamir served
as VP of HR at Native Networks which was acquired by Alcatel. Prior
to Native, Ms. Tamir served as Human Resources Manager at ECI Telecom
for four years. Ms. Tamir has also held the position of Recruitment
and Organizational Development Manager at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries.
Ms. Tamir holds a BA in Behavioral Science from Ben Gurion University,
Israel, and an MA in Organizational Sociology from Bar Ilan University,
Israel.
Eyal Maimon
Chief Financial Officer
Eyal Maimon holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Seabridge
since end 2005. He brings to Seabridge over fifteen years of high-level
finance experience and expertise both in the Hi-Tech and traditional
industry. Earlier management positions include four years as a V.P
Finance & Administration at Lambda Crossing, a start up company,
four years as the CFO of the Sales & Distribution division of
Elite Industries Israel, and various positions at Elite Industries
as a controller in the Confectionary Division and the company's
head quarters. Eyal is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds
a BA in Finance and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Shlomi Cohen
VP Sales
Shlomi Cohen heads the sales and strategic accounts activities at
Seabridge. He has more than 10 years of international sales, marketing
and strategic business development experience.
Eyal Rosen
VP Marketing
Eyal Rosen joined Seabridge in early 2004 as Vice President of Marketing
and in this capacity he is leading all marketing activities for
the company including Product Line Management, Product Line Marketing,
and MARCOM. Prior to joining Seabridge, Eyal worked for Lucent Technologies
in the US, were he led a global multi-million dollar Product Line
Management & Marketing team responsible for Lucent's successful
Metro DWDM product line. Eyal was also a member of the Lucent Global
Leadership Development Program. Eyal started his career at Telrad
Networks as an account manager for PBX systems. He has a B.Sc. in
Industrial Engineering from the Technion in Haifa, Israel and an
MBA from Columbia Business School in New York, US.
Jacob Boneh
VP Operations & IS
Jacob Boneh joined Seabridge in 2000 as director of project management.
He was in charge of customer care while serving as AVP Sales.
In addition to his work at Seabridge, Jacob has over 11 years experience
in both military and civilian industries.
He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and an M.B.A, both from
Tel Aviv University.
Eli Sananes
VP, Mobile Transport and Multiservice solutions
In his current position Eli leads Seabridge’s ATM &
Multiservice business unit, providing competitive solutions for
next-generation Mobile Transport networks.
Prior to that, Eli acted as Liaison Officer at Siemens Communications,
Munich, where he was responsible for steering headquarters’
business activities of the newly launched Carrier-Ethernet solutions.
Further back, Eli was director and product manager of Seabridge’s
ATM product line. He joined Seabridge in 2001 from Intel Semiconductors,
where he served in various business & operational positions
for seven years. He started his Telecommunications career in 1983
at the IDF as O&M manager of telecom infra.
Eli holds an Executive-MBA degree from Hebrew University, Israel,
and a B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University,
Israel.
